Orders & Shipping
What are your shipping options?▾
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the USA. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
How long will my order take to arrive?▾
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?▾
Currently we ship within the USA only. For international orders, please contact our team at sales@gtsegroup.com or visit our UK site at gtse.co.uk.
Can I track my order?▾
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your account.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?▾
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please contact us at sales@gtsegroup.com before returning any items so we can issue a return authorization.
How do I return a product?▾
Email sales@gtsegroup.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned goods.
What if my order arrives damaged?▾
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Products
Are your cable ties UV resistant?▾
Yes — we offer a dedicated range of UV-stabilised cable ties suitable for outdoor use. These are made from UV-resistant nylon and are rated for prolonged sun exposure. See our UV Resistant cable ties buyers guide for more information.
What sizes of cable ties do you stock?▾
We stock cable ties ranging from miniature (100mm) to extra-heavy-duty (900mm+), in widths from 2.5mm to 12.6mm. Our size chart buyers guide provides tensile strengths and recommended applications for each size.
Do you sell stainless steel cable ties?▾
Yes. Our stainless steel cable ties are ideal for marine, outdoor, and high-temperature applications where nylon would degrade. They are available in various lengths and are UL-listed.
Are your products UL listed?▾
Many of our products are UL listed. Please check individual product pages for certification details, or contact us at sales@gtsegroup.com for specific compliance documentation.
Can I get custom printed or coloured cable ties?▾
Yes. We offer printed cable ties for asset identification and colour-coded cable ties for organisation and safety coding. Contact us for custom print enquiries.

Do you offer trade pricing?▾
Yes. We offer exclusive pricing for trade customers, contractors, and businesses. Apply for a trade account via our Trade Inquiries page and a member of our team will be in touch.
Can I get a quote for a large order?▾
Absolutely. For bulk orders or project-specific requirements, use our Trade Inquiries form or call us on 463-255-9942 (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm EST). We can provide competitive pricing and fast turnaround.
Do you offer distributor pricing?▾
Yes. We work with distributors across the USA. Visit our B2B Distributor page or contact sales@gtsegroup.com to discuss distributor arrangements.
Is there a minimum order quantity?▾
There is no minimum order quantity for standard products. However, bulk and carton pack orders offer the best per-unit pricing. Contact us for project-specific volume pricing.
Account & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For trade accounts, we can also arrange invoicing — contact us for details.
How do I create an account?▾
Click the account icon in the top navigation and select Register. Creating an account lets you track orders, manage addresses, save wishlists, and access trade pricing.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?▾
Click Sign In, then select Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send a reset link. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
