Dispatch Times
Our dispatch times are Monday to Friday until 12:00 PM EST.
On occasion, dispatch of orders can be the next working day due to stock locations and preparation requirements of certain products. You will receive an email notification from us to confirm that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

Returns
Our return policy allows for product returns within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. You have the option to either exchange the item for another product or receive a refund.
Return Conditions
To initiate a return, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging
- The product remains unused and undamaged
- You possess the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not qualify for a return.
Returns Process
