Our return policy allows for product returns within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. You have the option to either exchange the item for another product or receive a refund.
To initiate a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging.
- The product remains unused and undamaged.
- You possess the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning the product, please ensure it is in its original packaging, unused and the the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, email the customer service team and specify whether you wish to exchange the product (and the replacement item, if applicable) or request a refund.
