Our dispatch times are:

Monday to Friday until 11:30 EST

On occasion, dispatch of orders can be the next working day due to stock locations and preparation requirements of certain products. You will receive an email notification from us to confirm that your order has been dispatched with a tracking number on it.

Shipping

GTSEGroup Inc. will dispatch your order using the carrier you selected at the time of purchase. Please be advised that our shipping schedules are subject to the carrier's operational timetables. Should you require information concerning shipping timelines during holiday periods, we encourage you to contact us directly or reach out to the carrier. 

Rest assured that in the event of any confirmed shipping delays, our team will promptly inform our valued customers. For substantial orders, we typically engage freight services, either through the carrier chosen by GTSEGroup Inc. or as specified by you at the time of purchase.

Priority = 1-3 days
Ground Advantage = 2-5 days

UPS:
2nd Day Air = 2 days
3 Day Select = 2 days
Next Day Air = 1 day
Ground = 2-5 days
Standard = 3-7 days

FedEx:
2nd Day = 2 days
2nd Day Saturday = 2 days (can deliver Saturday)
First Overnight = 1 day by 8:30AM
First Overnight Saturday = 1 day by 8:30AM (can deliver Saturday)
Ground = 2-5 days (non-residential)
Home Delivery = 2-5 days (residential only)
Priority Overnight = 1 day by 12PM

Returns 

Our return policy allows for product returns within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. You have the option to either exchange the item for another product or receive a refund.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The product remains unused and undamaged.
  • You possess the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not qualify for a return.

When returning the product, please ensure it is in its original packaging, unused and the the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, email the customer service team and specify whether you wish to exchange the product (and the replacement item, if applicable) or request a refund.

Please note that shipping charges related to the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs and assume the risk of any loss or damage during the return shipping process to and from GTSEGroup Inc.
