4" Hose Protectors (HP4)
The 4" model is a popular choice among manufacturers and end users. This flexible product effectively shields electrical systems and battery cables, pneumatic lines, cables, and hydraulic systems.
- Installation: Three 8" UV black cable ties
- Recommended OD: 0.25" to 1.00"
- Wear shield: 2.50" × 4"
5" Hose Protectors (HP5)
The 5" variant offers an expanded wear surface while maintaining ease of application. Distributors and OEMs use these when replacing worn or blown hoses with new assemblies, installing protection at the exact point of abrasion during assembly.
- Installation: Two 12" UV black cable ties
- Recommended OD: 1.00" to 1.50"
- Wear shield: 3.50" × 5"
6" Hose Protectors (HP6)
The 6" protector suits medium to large size hoses, cables, water lines, and hydraulic assemblies.

- Recommended OD: 0.75" to 1.25" (extends to 3.50" OD)
8" Hose Protectors (HP8)
The 8" model serves the same medium to large hose range with additional length for wider coverage.

10" Bundle Wrap Hose Protectors (HP10)
